Description
Please use this option if you have received a damaged book from Amazon/Flipkart and if by any chance you couldn’t return the original product within exchange time limits. Pay the amount and, along the payment order ID, you should send:
- Front cover photo of the purchased book
- Invoice copy from Amazon/Flipkart
- Pictures/video of defect
to contact@edugali.com to request a replacement.
Note: You may not send the defective book that you might have received.
Further, this request can not be availed if the purchase date is more than 45 days old.
