All orders are shipped within 2 working days through a professional courier service or through India Post where serviceability is not there by private players.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct serviceable address and in case of non-delivery due to incorrect address and contact details, an amount of Rs 125 per order shall be deducted in case of return of a product by the logistic partner.
Shipping takes around 7 days to reach in regional service and around 10 days for national service areas.
Shipping fee shall be borne by EduGali, unless mentioned separately. However, returns shall be borne by the customer. Refer return and refund policy for the same.
Cash on Delivery is available for only select items and select Pin Codes.
